Rams Qazaqstan has launched the Car for Apartment Trade-in program in Almaty. It allows one to buy an apartment, or office and commercial premises in any residential complex of Rams Qazaqstan by exchanging a car for real estate.
The construction company offers its clients to choose real estate in any Rams Qazaqstan residential complex by making a small refundable deposit. The car will then be pre-evaluated, with the approximate cost available in 30 minutes. If the client is happy with the preliminary price, the car will undergo complete technical evaluation within an hour and a half. Upon agreement with the final evaluation, the client may enter into a preliminary purchase contract with the construction company.
The remaining amount can be paid in any manner such as 100% payment, installments, mortgage, Trade-in (exchanging an old apartment for a new one) or a combination of all the options.

Vehicles registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan, except for trucks and special machinery, can be considered for the program.
