Club card

Club card system of KMC “Astana Motors” explained.

In the case of buying a car:

1.  The main provisions:

  • Club card (hereafter the Card) applies to all natural persons and legal entities (NP and LE), who purchased cars in the company «Astana Motors» (hereinafter the Company).
  • The card applies only to the servicing and the purchase of spare parts. For the body works the discount of the Card does not apply.
  • No one can define a discount greater than stipulated in the Card.
  • The Card is valid only in the auto-centre of the Company, where the car was purchased, but the database stores information on all purchases and if a customer buys several cars in different auto-centres, he need not be issued with multiple cards. Discount and validity is programmed for each car.
  • Validity period: 3 years

After the card expires, based on the client’s application, the card validity can be prolonged for another 3 years, provided that the client is still the owner of the car. It is not necessary to change the card, just contact the customer support in order to change the validity period of the card.

2. The types of discount cards*:

  • Premium – 5% on service works and 5% on purchase of spare parts and accessories
  • Silver – 10% on service works and 5% on purchase of spare parts  
  • Gold – 10% on service works and on purchase of spare parts

*For Toyota:

  • Premium – 5% on service works
  • Silver – 5% on service works and 5% on purchase of spare parts
  • Gold – 10% on service works and on purchase of spare parts

*For Nissan:

  • Premium – 5% on service works
  • Silver – 5% on service works and 5% on purchase of spare parts
  • Gold – 10% on service works and 5% on purchase of spare parts

3. The card criteria:

Each auto-centre determines it own scale.

«Subaru Motor Kazakhstan»

  • Premium – 1 car
  • Silver – 2 cars (doesn’t have to be simultaneous purchase)
  • Gold – more than 3 cars (doesn’t have to be simultaneous purchase)

«Hyundai Center Kazakhstan»

  • Premium - 1 car
  • Silver - 2-3 cars
  • Gold – more than 3 cars

«A-Motors»

  • Premium – when purchasing one car (Micra, Note, Almera Classic, Pick Up, Òiida, Juke)
  • Silver – when purchasing two cars (Micra, Note, Almera Classic, Pick Up, Òiida, Juke) doesn’t have to be a simultaneous purchase, or when purchasing onw car (Teana, Murano, X-Trail, Pathfinder, Qashqai, Patrol)
  • Gold – when purchasing 2 cars (Teana, Murano, X-Trail, Qashqai, Patrol) doesn’t have to be simultaneous purchase

4. Card production period: issued on the day of car purchase.
